Welcome to VIAPLUSH (“VIAPLUSH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). VIAPLUSH is an elevated streetwear and lifestyle brand built on limited drops, exclusive releases, and intentional design. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

1. PRODUCT STANDARD & PRODUCTION TOLERANCES
VIAPLUSH products are released in limited quantities through drops and pre-orders. Due to the nature of apparel production, minor variations are expected and accepted.
Production Tolerances
The following are considered normal and not defects:
Slight color variation
Fabric texture or weight differences
Stitching variation
Patch, print, or graphic placement variation
Measurement differences of ±0.5–1 inch
Product images are for reference only. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance.

2. DROPS & PRE-ORDERS
Limited Drops
Drop items are released in limited quantities
Once an item sells out, restocks are not guaranteed
All drop purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities based on demand
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page
Pre-order timelines are estimates, not guarantees
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept possible delays
Drop & Pre-Order Rules
Drop and pre-order purchases cannot be canceled once the drop closes
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated
VIAPLUSH is not responsible for delays caused by production, shipping carriers, or external factors

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment must be completed in full at checkout
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Times
Standard drop items typically ship within 3–7 business days
Pre-order shipping timelines are listed on the product page
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
VIAPLUSH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier

5. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, only if the drop has not closed and processing has not started
Once a drop or pre-order closes, no cancellations or changes are allowed

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All VIAPLUSH content, including designs, logos, graphics, text, and imagery, is the exclusive property of VIAPLUSH. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VIAPLUSH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product use or site access.
Maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item.

8.  GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VIAPLUSH operates.
