Refund policy

VIAPLUSH maintains strict return standards to protect the integrity of limited releases.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Tags must remain in the exact original placement received
- Item must be returned in original condition

Returns that do not meet all requirements will be denied.

Non-Refundable Items
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items with removed, altered, or relocated tags
- Sale or final sale items
- Drop exclusives marked as final sale
- Size preference issues
- Color or texture variation due to production tolerances

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Provide clear photos and your order number
Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at VIAPLUSH’s discretion.
